It took a little while for them to get there, but they did get my horse trailer towed and handled everything fine. Based on this one experience, I’d say they’re probably a solid choice if you need help with a trailer

The dispatch communication was really frustrating. I never got clear updates about what was going on or when to expect anything, so I felt left in the dark. On top of that, I got the feeling there might be extra fees that weren’t being explained upfront, which made the whole experience feel a bit sketchy.

"Saved me way out in the sticks"
I live far out, like rural enough that I figured nobody would want to come all the way out here. But US Rider actually found someone, and they kept checking in with me while I waited. It did take a bit, but I mean, out here that’s kind of expected. I was just relieved, really relieved—that I had it when I needed it.
"Help showed up, but it really shouldn’t take that long"
I called usrider when my truck and trailer were stuck on the side of the road, and while the person I spoke with was polite enough, the whole call felt scripted. I get that they have a process, but in that kind of situation you just want someone to sound like they understand a real person is stuck out there.
The hardest part was how long it took to get updates. I had to call back more than once, which is frustrating and a little scary when you’ve got animals with you and traffic flying by. At that point, basic communication and a little urgency feel like the bare minimum.
They did eventually get help sent out, so I can’t say it was a total failure. But for emergency roadside support, I expected things to move faster and for someone to keep me in the loop without me having to keep chasing answers

"Kind of Regret Choosing Them for Livestock Hauling"
They did an okay job with the livestock and everything arrived safely, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the updates were slow, and when we needed help, it just didn’t feel very organized. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do kind of wish I had looked around more before booking.

My renewal went through right when it was supposed to, and I didn’t notice any weird extra charges or anything. Straightforward overall, so I’d say it was a solid experience.

"I was expecting a quicker response, but..."
I was expecting a quicker response, but the reimbursement process ended up taking way too long. It was also a bit confusing trying to figure out what was happening with my claim. Overall, I just wish the updates had been faster and clearer.

"I Didn’t Feel Like I Could Count on the Roadside Help"
I had to call for roadside help, the whole experience left me frustrated. I waited a long time, didn’t get many updates, and at one point I was just sitting there wondering if anyone was actually on the way. When you’re stuck and already stressed, that uncertainty makes it even worse. For me, it just didn’t feel dependable, and I wouldn’t say it was worth it

"It got done, but nothing impressive"
Used US Rider when my truck wouldn’t start. The tow guy did show up and got the job handled, so I’m not going to act like it was a disaster. But he wasn’t exactly friendly and seemed annoyed the whole time, like I was bothering him. There wasn’t much explanation either, just hooked it up and went. I know companies like to use all that polished “professional service” language, but this didn’t really feel like that. It worked, but the professionalism could’ve been better.

I had to reach out to usrider.org customer service with a few questions, they handled things well. The person I talked to was polite, patient, and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed, and who doesn’t appreciate that when you’re trying to get answers?
It did take a little longer than I expected to get everything sorted out, so I can’t say it was perfect. But they stayed professional the whole time, and in the end, isn’t that what you hope for from customer support? Overall, it was a good experience.

"Price feels too high and support didn’t really help"
I don’t feel like the membership is worth the price right now. I reached out to support hoping to get some clarity or maybe see if there were better options, but it felt like I just kept getting passed around in a loop without anyone really solving anything. For what it costs, I expected a smoother experience.

Their contractor network was easy to work with and solid. I got connected without any real hassle, and the contractor who came out clearly knew what they were doing. Nothing flashy or overcomplicated, it just worked the way it should. I’d definitely use them again

I signed up because I thought it would help me feel a little more relaxed when traveling with my horse, but I still found myself feeling uneasy most of the time.
The website and information were okay, but they didn’t fully give me the confidence I was looking for if something unexpected happened. I can see how it might be helpful for some people, but for me it just didn’t quite provide the peace of mind I’d hoped for

"Pretty quick reply, honestly"
I reached out with a question and they got back to me the same day, which was faster than I expected. The answer made sense and I didn’t get passed around to a bunch of different people, which was nice. I’m giving 4 instead of 5 because I did have to follow up once for one small detail, but overall the response time was good. Same-day help?? Can’t really complain

"It’s Fine… Mostly"
The coverage is okay overall, totally not a big deal or anything, but it does get spotty around where I live. So yeah, it works in some places, just not always where I actually need it.
